I’ve had the baked potatoes with ground beef and cheese a few times, and they’ve been delicious with great flavor every time. The staff is amazing and always goes out of their way to help. They offer a wide variety of choices, so there’s something for everyone. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
5 hermanos have the most flavorful potatoes in all POLK county. I found them by accident a s thank God I did. The put a lot of love in their cooking and you can taste all the good flavors! I recommend you get the 5 hermano potatoe, it's got everything on it! Plus you get all free toppings if you buy a potato!
Visiting down from Arkansas, I Love potatoes and I can say this is a 10/10 food spot(my only complaint would be nacho cheese instead of shredded, but at the end of the day that’s a preference) was so delicious, and they’re so customizable, my grandad who can’t eat much was able to get his minimized to just bacon and cheese, which he loved. I also got their Pina Colada, it was also delicious. The woman working there were so nice and friendly too! And such a fast service, 15-20 mins for 3 loaded potatoes and a Pina Colada.Would recommend to anyone wanting a delicious bite. Showed other family members and they said they’d be visiting soon .

I wanted a baked potato so bad. Searched the area and found this food truck. Not disappointed at all. It was cheaper than I thought. It was huge and hefty with ingredients. Very fulfilling with just one. If you don't eat alot, you might want to share one. There was barely a line. They are so grateful for your business. Would recommend.
